Cleanliness can be improved; seems a bit at the limit for need of some upgrades. E.g. covet in bathroom spraying- fancy shower with massage system not working at all given calcium accumulation

Location was excellent
Rooms were dated and had a really bad musty smell. The beds were very hard. No jug for tea or coffee.
