The reception was so nice and was willing to let me store my luggage before and after check out. The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the river

A nice hotel close to the old town, we also had a lovely room overlooking the river
The breakfast is very limited

The location between the bus station and old town is perfect
No blanket so really cold

The location is good, the staff were nice also, and the room was considered clean
Was shocked by the fact that there were no curtain for the shower, which made the water spill all outside the bathtub making all the toilet floor wet. There wasn’t even bath items at all except for shampoo. Also the toilet had a little nasty smell to it, and should have had a bidet.
The bed wasn’t ready, and the duvet was inside the closet so I had to make it myself.
There were no tissues at all and no kettle or coffee/tea trays
A bit of noise coming from clubs nearby
