Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were large. They provided breakfast bags as we had to check out before breakfast started.

First: The staff!! It was excellent and very helpfull and friendly. I had to check out very early but they made a ‘breakfast to go’ for me! Also the breakfast buffet during the stay was good.
Second: location is good. You can walk to the railway/bus station in 10 minutes. The Stari Most is also like 10 minute walk.
Third: price range is excellent. The rooms are very nice and clean.
Conclusion: dont look elsewhere. Book this place!

The location is good, the staff were nice also, and the room was considered clean
Was shocked by the fact that there were no curtain for the shower, which made the water spill all outside the bathtub making all the toilet floor wet. There wasn’t even bath items at all except for shampoo. Also the toilet had a little nasty smell to it, and should have had a bidet.
The bed wasn’t ready, and the duvet was inside the closet so I had to make it myself.
There were no tissues at all and no kettle or coffee/tea trays
A bit of noise coming from clubs nearby
