The hotel offers parking with valet.
The staff is very friendly and polite.
The location of the hotel is great because you have great restaurants, bakeries, and attractions at a walking distance.
The room is large and spacious. Also, the view to the Square is beautiful.
The breakfast is good with a fine variety of foods and fruits.
There were a few broken items in the bathroom, I assumed the staff would fix them when they came to clean, but no. It was ignored and a little inconvenient to me.

Good rooms and clean
Breakfast was poor.
Didn’t like fact that the room had no condiments
Had to go to the lobby to get water and snacks.

Vitor, the front desk guy was very kind and helpful. He did all he’s effort to try and help me connect my mobile to the network and was lovely.
Very old decadent room…
