What we liked:
• Central location, close to the ferry and city center. That’s pretty much it.
What we didn’t like:
• Very crowded parking – we had to leave the car key at the reception so they could park the car for us.
• Poor Wi-Fi connection, unstable and slow.
• The room was very hot, and the air conditioning was a disaster – patched with tape, extremely noisy indoor unit, barely functional.
• In the morning, there was no cold water at the sink or shower.
• Breakfast was the most basic and poor we had during our entire trip in Turkey – though this seems to be common in Canakkale.
• Extremely overpriced for what the hotel actually offers. We chose a more expensive hotel hoping that is better than others in Canakkale. But this one is pretty much the same as a half priced one. I recommend choosing a different city for transiting in your holliday to Turkey.
