the staff are beautiful, friendly, happy to help.
Provided us with a kettle (boiler).
The Cleaner helped us carry our bags down and the receptionist helped us carry our bags up.
There were lots of Breakfast options.
The pool was amazing!

Loved our balcony needed it due to small room
Size of the room - very small as expected and advertised recommend upgrading and paying price for larger room.
The bed was really hard.
Suggestion for hand washing/ hand sanistizer at breakfast, between stations. So many people were coughing and then grabbing tongs. Also witnessed someone pulling out their wedgie then touching tongs.

good location , lovely pool , fabulous breakfast - very friendly staff
the beds were sooo hard - didn’t sleep well at all - such a shame as all the rest about the hotel was good
