Food was good in the pizza place nearby aseell as the morning buffet.
Room was pleasant, staff was nice, room was beautiful and the spa delightful.
Making an order in pizzeria took a while, activities were a bit expensive and it would have been nice if the spa was included in the price of the room.

The castle room was spacious, and the high ceilings made it feel even more open and comfortable.
There was noticeable black buildup between the white shower tiles, which looked like either mold or an area that hadn’t been cleaned properly. The pool hours were also very limited, and there were no adult-only times for people who want to swim or exercise quietly.
I wasn’t a fan of the co-ed changing areas, and the sauna department was disappointing overall. The steam room had very little steam, and in the salt sauna and European sauna it wasn’t possible to add water for proper heat or humidity. The entire sauna area was also shared between men and women, which may not be comfortable for everyone.

Property location was good. Room was ok and breakfast was ok. I liked a lot the spa’s area at the top of the building.
Cleaning was not in the level that I prefer. If you look the bathroom there was dirt in corners and hairs on the wall. And there was need for repair in spa. There was rust and there was tile holes. And spa air was too hot and steamy. The wasnt really cold water pool.
