Esperienza nel complesso positiva. Il villaggio è molto carino, tranquillo e immerso nel verde, ideale per chi cerca un po’ di relax. La casa era accogliente, pulita e dotata di un bel patio, molto piacevole da vivere.
Molto buona invece l’animazione, con tante attività per gli ospiti, e davvero bella la piscina, grande e ben tenuta. Il bar è un altro punto di forza, soprattutto per le ottime colazioni.
La posizione è molto comoda, sia per raggiungere la spiaggia di San Lorenzo sia per arrivare al centro di Vieste.
Nel complesso una bella esperienza, con qualche servizio che a mio avviso potrebbe essere migliorato per rendere il soggiorno ancora più confortevole.
Tra gli aspetti negativi, però, segnalo che all’interno della casa non viene fornito praticamente nulla: nemmeno il sapone per le mani o i sacchi per la spazzatura. Viene richiesto di lasciare l’alloggio pulito, pena un addebito di 15 €, ma non vengono messi a disposizione i prodotti necessari per effettuare la pulizia. Anche l’aria condizionata è a pagamento. Inoltre, durante il soggiorno il Wi-Fi non funzionava e in generale c’era poco campo telefonico.

The setting of the residence was very nice with well maintained areas, restaurant and pool! The entertainment staff were very nice and welcoming as were the reception staff.
The pool closes every day between 1pm and 4pm. This is not advertised on booking.com and had I known I would not have booked this stay. There is then an expectation to be quiet between 1-4pm. Again, this is not advertised and disproportionately affected our stay. We were shocked when a member of staff came to our room in the afternoon to ask us to be quiet as others were presumably sleeping. Quite shocking to us but perhaps normal to the region.....
It is compulsory to wear swimming hats/caps in the pool due. Again this is not advertised and made for an un-relaxing time. It is also a very bizarre rule and I question why guests should be put to this inconvenience rather than staff cleaning the filters. The toilets by the pool were not clean and one member of pool/bar staff made us feel quite unwelcome by closely overseeing our time in the pool.
