The location was fantastic and it was very close to everything in the park! The room was spacious and had a great view from the balcony. I think we were the only guests in the hotel and the staff also left at night, so it was VERY quiet. The hosts were very welcoming and checked multiple times that we had everything we needed before they left.
There were a few broken items, like the door to the balcony and one of the chairs outside. These were very minor. One note, not the fault of the property, is that the Google and Apple maps locations were incorrect. We were able to call and get better directions.

The altitude
Paid in full for four nights, four weeks ahead but were given temporary room, staff unavailable most of time, AC listed as present turned out to be large noisy electric fan in all rooms offered. No apologies. No reception. Getting back at night hotel lights all out at 10 pm. No curtain in shower.
