Camas confortáveis, banheiro ampla, com água quente, o que é raro na região. Limpeza boa razoável.
Atendimento horrível, tanto da recepção, quanto da equipe de limpeza, café da manhã entrou para a história do PIOR que já vi em um hotel com o preço pago pela diária: não tinha copo, xícara, prato, comida catada, logo na primeira hora do café, equipe de reposição desnoteada. Além disso a educação dos hóspedes é super questionável, vi senhores apalpando pães com as próprias mãos, outros servindo frios pegando com as mãos, gente utilizando seus garfos para pegar comida no buffet, uma cena do fim do mundo.
