Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice plenty of sunbed by the pool loved the rooftop bar in the evening to chill

Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The Germans. They took over the breakfast hall. I made up my plate of food and after waiting several minutes I found an empty table. I put my food down and went off to get some orange juice and when I arrived back to my table a German couple had pushed my plate of food aside and robbed my table. Maybe the staff should allocate seating to prevent this from happening again. I found it extremely rude and disrespectful and it put me off eating breakfast there again for the remainder of my stay.

The staff very very pleasant. The beds were comfortable. The room was lovely and clean.
The air conditioning was very poor. We did go to reception a few times to complain. A staff member came to look and switched it to number 1 but this was worse. We had it on 8 degrees and it still felt very humid.
No kettle in the room. We went out and bought one so we could have a drink at our leisure.
Very annoying to find out there was no iron in the room too. Almost every hotel worldwide has an iron and ironing board. We used the laundry service to iron a couple of things, but really I would have liked to iron all my clothes after being in a suitcase. I take real pride in my clothes.
Very annoying to find out there was an additional charge to use the safety deposit box. We didn’t bother. This is very poor for a supposedly a 4 star hotel.
