Location
It had a smell of humid and closed , it definitely needs maintenance, also the beds were not so good

With mid-week room discounts, our 3-day stay was very affordable. We were looking for a large room with a comfortable bed, A/C, strong wifi, and a pool. After a mattress switch request, we got all four requirements 👍🏻
The adjoining door is not at all soundproof and we could hear entire conversations from the other room. The A/C doesn’t work great during the day but cools off nicely at night when the sun goes down. There’s a lack of staff - no doorman to help with luggage, (one elevator isn’t working so we needed to move our stuff from one side of the hotel to the other by ourselves), no one answering any of the phone extensions when help was needed.

La ubicación y que siempre que viajamos a Querétaro, nos hemos alojado ahi durante años.
Qué no servía la Alberca y que uno de sus elevadores no servía, además de que me dio la impresión de qué ya era un hotel muy viejo, al que no se le metía mano en el mantenimiento desde hace mucho.
