Very good location, close to mini market, pharmacy and many restaurants. Closest beach entrance is at around 10 mins walking distance. Central Samui mall (with more restaurants, shops, night market, ..) is at around 20 mins walking distance. Easy to get taxis from/to the residence as it’s not on main road and traffic around the premises is not excessive.
The residence is located in a quiet area.
The air conditioning in my room was quite old and noisy, but I still managed to sleep well during my stay.

Super clean, in a great location with easy access to everything. Big comfortable bed, it was quiet at night, making for a great night’s sleep, and the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful.

the room was perfect for our stay, the staff were very kind and they offered many facilities like laundry service and room cleaning whenever you liked. we enjoyed our stay very much, thank you
the beach was a bit of a further walk but that was fine and there weren’t enough power outlets in the room which again was okay
