Location. The girl at front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Lack of maintenance in the bathroom. The shower was burning hot or freezing cold, couldn’t get warm. No safety rug in the tub.Electric kettle keeps braking down . No hot coffee in the buffet and no effort to fix the problem.The room service food was discusting! Dry steak,cold and the no dressing for the salad and no salt for the steak.
