About this apartment rental
Bright apartment, perfect for spending unforgettable days in beautiful Florence.
Located in Porta Romana, the southernmost of the ancient walls, one of the most important access routes to the historic center of Florence, 800 meters from Palazzo Pitti and 1km on foot from Ponte Vecchio and the historic center, we are also at the foot of Piazzale Michelangelo: the balcony of Florence, with the wonderful avenue of the hills, ideal for your relaxation and jogging activities and the Forte Belvedere.
The house, just outside the restricted traffic area, is easily accessible by car, from the boulevards and also from the motorway, with the possibility of parking or private garage (by booking in advance).
The residential area is well served, under the house you can find everything you need, bank, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, pharmacies, grocery stores, boutiques, taxis, bus stops and CitySightseeing type tourist buses.
We are very close to the city center and the train station.
The apartment is quiet, bright and panoramic, located on the second floor, there are stairs to climb, composed of: entrance hall, living room with sofa bed and dining area, kitchen, equipped with fridge, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, oven microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine.
Two king-size double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. The two sleeping areas are completely separated by doors, and allow total privacy.
Small terrace shared with another apartment.
Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV with digital terrestrial.
The house will be at your complete disposal, in compliance with its rules, complete with every comfort and equipment, ideal for couples or families with children:
- complete with bed linen, bath, blankets and pillows, it can accommodate up to 6 people.
- ironing board, ironing board, washing machine, drying rack, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle
- shower cabin in every bathroom with hair dryer
- soap, shampoo, shower bath, toilet paper
On request we can add cots, high chairs and crockery for younger guests.

Stafano and Patrizia were absolutely fantastic. Due to unexpected flight delays, we arrived at the apartment very late and they meet us to help us up the stairs and show us around the beautiful apartment. The apartment is very well stocked with kitchen items and the restaurant recommendations we tried were fantastic. The rooms all had AC which was very nice with the high temperatures when we were there. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful apartment. It was perfect for our family of four.

The hosts are fantastic! Stefano and Patricia greeted us upon arrival and were extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Stefano and Patrizia were gracious hosts. They met us for check-in and even had the apartment ready early which was so helpful. They welcomed us with a treat as well. The apartment was very clean and bright and located in a nice building. There was a desk next to a window in one of the bedrooms that was a great spot to apply my makeup each morning with a mirrored wardrobe right next to it. Stefano even helped us with arranging a taxi for our early departure day because I was having issues with it. Would recommend and stay again as we hope to revisit beautiful Florence in our future travels.
