Apartament posiada bardzo dobrą lokalizację do organizowania dziennych i wieczornych spacerów po zabytkowej części Florencji. Dla zmotoryzowanych turystów pod budynkiem jest dostępny zamykany garaż (poza strefą czystego transportu).
Niektóre elementy wyposażenia były trochę zużyte.

Az apartman remek helyen van, 20 perc sétára a Ponte Vecchio-tól.
Nagyon hasznos a privát mélygarázs.
A beltér tiszta, rendezett.
Az apartmanban voltak műszaki problémák, erről tájékoztattam a bérbeadót.
Elég sok a szúnyog, nem lehet az ablakokat nyitva hagyni.
A WiFi működik, de elég kicsi a sávszélesség.
