It was a spacious apartment. Very comfortable with everything you could need. It was about a 20 minute walk to the centre of Florence.
The air con was noisy, especially in the bedroom which made it difficult to sleep sometimes.

Es war eine gute, bezahlbare Unterkunft für meinen 2,5 tätigen Kurztrip in Florenz. Sie liegt gut und ruhig in einem Hinterhof in einer Sackgassenstrasse. Bis zur Ponte Vecchio Brücke waren es nur 1,6 km zu Fuß und war damit ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Florenz Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Im Haus in der 1 Etage hat das Appartement eine voll ausgestattete, moderne Küche und viel/ genug Platz. Die Nespresso Maschine funktionierte bei mir problemlos! Die Klimaanlage im großen Schlafzimmer funktionierte auch gut, das 2te Schlafzimmer für nur 1 Person hat keine Klimaanlage.
Eine gute Aussicht aus den Fenstern zum Innenhof ist nicht gegeben, habe ich aber auch nicht erwartet und war so für mich ok.
Also ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Florenz.
Das Badezimmer war sauber und ok, ist aber wirklich eng. Für größere und kräftigere Personen wird es hier und da schon mal schwierig 😉
PKW Parkplätze gibt es nicht! Definitiv nicht. Hier muss man auf die kostenpflichtige Parkplätze auf der Hauptstraße oder kostenpflichtige Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe ausweichen.
Ich hatte in den 2 Tagen großes Glück und habe zufällig in der Sackgasse selbst einen freien und kostenlosen Platz gefunden.
Der ist aber eigentlich zu 100 % nur für die Anwohner selbst da.

El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado. Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos y estaba muy bien situado. En 15min andando te presentas en el Puente Vecchio.
La segunda habitación no tiene equipo de aire acondicionado y si vas en Agosto como fuimos nosotros te mueres de calor por las noches. El baño podría estar mejor, sobretodo la ducha.

L'appartamento è molto carino. La cucina bella, il letto molto comodo, un'ottima illuminazione, internet velocissimo. La zona va bene per stare fuori dalla Firenze ormai americanizzata. Ho apprezzato la disponibilità e la gentilezza del property management, nonchè il gradito presente recapitato di persona per le scuse.
1. Al check-in alle ore 21, concordato, mi è stata chiesta un'extra fee di 30 euro non specificata in nessun termine e condizione e in nessun messaggio. Ho fatto presente e dato evidenza di non aver ricevuto nessuna comunicazione, pur essendomi preoccupato di comunicare l'orario di check-in. Si può sbagliare per carità, il problema è stato, di fronte all'evidenza, di voler pretendere questa fee ugualmente. Ho dovuto insistere per non pagare qualcosa di non dovuto. Le condizioni e le regole devono essere espresse chiaramente e quando si è in palese torto è meglio evitare brutte figure. Perchè secondo me è stato il punto peggiore e che non ho per niente gradito.
2. Le pulizie non erano fatte bene. Non parliamo di qualche dimenticanza del check-in precedente ma di sporco arretrato. è stato fatto notare il problema. Le pulizie sono tornate senza però pulire, come secondo me si sarebbe dovuto.
