The hotel is very well located, in a central area of Paris. Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Luxembourg Gardens and the Panthéon are all about a 10-minute walk away. There are also metro and bus stops nearby. You can easily find shops, cafés and restaurants in the area, although prices are, of course, typical for central Paris.
On the other hand, the staff deserves special praise. They were very friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed and providing useful information about the city, tourist attractions, routes and places worth visiting.
The breakfast is a French breakfast: 1 croissant, some bread and butter with jam, juice, coffee/tea.
Overall, the hotel is a good option if your priority is a very central location and easy access to the main tourist attractions. If you plan to spend most of your time exploring Paris and mainly use the room for resting, it is a decent choice fo 2-3 days.
The cleanliness of the room was relatively good, but our room looked nothing like the ones shown in the photos on Booking. The room was very small! Based on the pictures, we expected the room to be somewhat more spacious and modern - instead was tiny and the furniture & the beds very old and damaged. It is possible that the photos show some of the best rooms in the hotel.

Location was excellent. Felt safe to walk around in the evening. Fresh baked crossaints for breakfast.

The hotel staff were very nice, friendly, informative, and helpful. The price was good.
There was no lift and we were on the 5th floor. The breakfast room could use some updates/decorating. There was no a/c, which is not unusual in small hotels in France. Fortunately, the heat wave subsided while we were there.
