I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it, mainly because of the outstanding hospitality of the staff. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room size is good and offers excellent value for money. The bed was comfortable, and the room was perfect for a couple with one child. The location is another big advantage—it is close to Jaipur Railway Station and the metro. The nearest metro station is just a 2-minute walk away, making it the easiest and most affordable way to explore Jaipur. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly with excellent speed and coverage. We were also allowed to check in before the official 2 PM check-in time without being charged any extra, which was a thoughtful gesture. During checkout, nobody called or rushed us before the 12 PM checkout time, making the entire experience relaxed and hassle-free. The biggest highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly its staff. Every single staff member was polite, professional, always greeted guests with a smile, and went above and beyond to help. I have stayed at many hotels, but the level of hospitality I experienced here was truly exceptional. They deserve not 10/10, but 101/100 for their professionalism, kindness, and guest-first attitude. This outstanding service is the main reason I would happily choose this hotel again and recommend it to others. The moment that impressed us the most happened after we had already checked out. My 7-year-old son suddenly became unwell, so we returned to the hotel and requested if they could provide any space where he could rest for about an hour. Without any hesitation, they arranged a room for him completely free of charge. This is something you rarely experience in hotels. Their kindness, compassion, and willingness to help made our stay truly memorable. We will always be grateful for this thoughtful gesture. There are a few areas where the hotel can improve: The biggest issue during our stay was the room's central AC. It was barely cooling, making the room uncomfortable, especially at night. A technician visited twice but couldn't fix the problem. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully occupied, so changing our room wasn't possible. To help us, the staff arranged a table fan, which we appreciated, but it wasn't an ideal solution. I hope the hotel resolves this issue because a properly functioning AC is essential, especially during Jaipur's summer. The in-house restaurant does not have air conditioning, making it quite uncomfortable to dine there during the summer. The lobby/hall AC also didn't cool the area effectively, so spending time outside the room felt warm and uncomfortable. The washroom has no ventilation, and the room itself also lacks proper ventilation. This can be inconvenient, especially for smokers, who have to use the designated smoking area on the third floor. Keeping emergency sanitary pads for female guests would be a thoughtful addition, as many hotels and offices now provide them.

The location and accessibility is absolutely amazing. It feels like home as I have stayed here several times. The staff are nice.

The lobby was smelling really bad. The restaurant renovating moved the breakfast to 3rd floor. Bad choice as it was next to guest rooms. The rooms are looking tired and desperate for a renovation. Bathroom needs new tiles. The hotel needs tk chance the body wash. It stinks , may be it has expired. The shower is equally bad and needs changing. The lobby can use some cultural music in the background. And the bed cover and cushions are old, I removed the pillow cover and saw all yellow stained rust. The place has so much potential but yet it feels like the owners and management doesn’t want to invest to keep up the brand standards. I wish it can become the place I first visited
