It's near beach and that's the only plus to the hotel

It's close to beach and city center

Every few hours the electricity went out, the toilet didn't work properly, the bool was filled with sand and leaves.

A simple hotel on a good location to enjoy the sun and sea and to visit the nearby citadel.

The hotel is near the boulevard but on a quiet side street, so everything is at hand but without the noise.

Because there was no buffet in the morning, picking up and bringing the key was the only contact you have with hotel staff, which makes the atmosphere quite anonymized

We were a bit suspicious about the hotel because of some negative reviews, but it turned out great. The room was big and clean. There even was a big and chill balcony. As backpackers the stay was even more than we expected

The hotel isn't new, kinda needs renovation, but it didn't bother and its good value for money

The location.

In my booking request I had asked for an upper, quite room with a nice view and an early check in. I realize that is of course not guaranteed but I got an email confirmation back that both is possible. Once we got there we couldn’t check in earlier and neither there were rooms available with a view. Just say no to your customers if it’s not available to save disappointment. Also there was a bunch of hair in the fridge and they give soap that has been already used. 😖. We had half a toilet paper roll but it was ok as we were out all day and didn’t need much.

Helpful staff, the hotel room was simple, but perfect for a beach holiday - right next to the nicest beach of the city. The hotel room had balcony. There was 24/7 somebody at the reception table.

Wifi connection was not reliable, connection was very weak and often disconnected. The shower room was a bit small and with bad planning.

No wifi Very poor costumer service, menager unkind. He didn't let me rent safe box for 2h for 11TL because it costs 17 TL lol. I was leaving turkey same day and he got lots of free safe boxes.

Excellent location and good value for money

Location was excellent, steps away from the beach, area surrounded by many cafes and restaurants, shops. Very close to Alanya cable car and Damlatas Cave. Personnel was friendly. I can recommend this hotel, and I think it deserves a higher rating then it currently has.

I did not like the first room I was staying, but next day I asked for room change and everything was fine

Worst stay in my life.

Location is perfect, 5min walking to the beach and all restaurants, markets

Everything was bad.Making my booking I requested early check in,some arrangement for our wedding anniversary celebration and sea view side. We arrived to the hotel around 11am and check in was at 2pm. Reception said that there’s no ready rooms and we have to wait until 2. At 1:50pm I asked reception if there’s ready room. He said yes and said that we have to wait until 2!! When we entered room, there was 2 separate beds for our anniversary instead king size.We asked reception to change room and receptionist didn’t want to help us at all, was very rude and just said that I have to contact with booking.com if I have any requests! Service was very very bad, hotel isn’t clean at all. Never ever will come back to this hotel. The worst stay in my life. Especially rudeness of reception just killed us while we’re on our anniversary. So I don’t recommend to anyone this place. There are plenty of better hotels in Alanya .

Didn’t expect anything super good, the hotel is 2 stars, what you could notice, but it was the cheapest hotel in Alanya and it is worth the money. The location is great, lots of restaurants and shops around, the beach is literally across the road. You get what you pay for. I would recommend this hotel to tourists without high expectations.
