location, very close to the beach and to the town-centre, and also - walking distance to Uniescie, lots of restaurants, etc. the hotel is located in a quiet part of Mielno, so the good relaxing sleep guaranteed:-) great breakfast, very tasty, big selection of cheese, meat, pancakes, etc. Very friendly Staff, room very clean, comfy bed. You could get a different type of water from the machine beside the reception (sparkling, still, cold, hot). There is a fridge in the room too. We got a nice welcome bottle of prosecco on our arrival:-). there is a library at the reception too. You can also borrow the beach-equipment (chairs, etc) free of charge.
coffe sachets, milk, and tea-bags could be provided in the room, as there is a kettle and cups already. To be fair, you can get tea-bags from the restaurant - as advised by the Staff, but still - it would be easier to have it in the room in the first place;-)

Personal war sehr freundlich, Zimmer klein aber ordentlich.
Spa- Bereich sehr schön ( 3x Saunen, Whirlpool, Schwimbecken und Ruhebereich).
Buffet reichlich und umfangreich , wird ständig aufgefüllt und Frühstück bis 11.00 Uhr möglich( genau das richtige für Langschläfer)
Leider sehr laut, für Gäste die Ruhe lieben, da direkt an der sehr belebten Straße gelegen.
Selbst bei geschlossenen Fenster immernoch deutlich zu laut.
Zimmerservice ist zwar präsent, fühlt sich aber nicht fürs Betten machen verantwortlich.
Schade.

Frühstück war gut, Wasserspender war auch gut
Zu wenig und zu enge Parkplätze. Ausstattung der Zimmer nicht mehr auf den neuesten Stand. Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Gebühren für den Hund waren sehr teuer (80 Zloti pro Nacht) uns wurde im Vorfeld nur mitgeteilt, Das Gebühren anfallen können. Für den Hund musste extra ein Schreiben unterzeichnet werden, das wir für alle Schäden des Hundes verantwortlich sind. Wir waren mit unserem Hund schon in vielen guten Hotels, aber solch ein Verhalten ist neu. Man fühlte sich als Hundehalter als Gast zweiter Klasse. Für die hohen Gebühren für den Hund gab es keine Gegenleistung (Näpfe, Decken, Leckerlis etc.). Das unser Hund (Pudel) versichert ist und wir für alle Schäden aufkommen ist selbstverständlich, auch ohne eine verpflichtende Erklärung.. Für dieses Hotel können wir keine Empfehlung angeben
