I visited the hotel in July with my children so this was a return visit on my own! The main reason for returning was because of how the hotel staff had made me feel so safe and welcomed - especially Alex. They knew I was on my own and asked me daily if I was okay - I even had a phone number to contact if I needed anything (even outside of the hotel) which I thought was a nice touch and definitely made me feel comfortable.
The room I had this time round was right next to the stairwell which was really noisy with other guests returning to their rooms at all hours. I know this isn't directly the hotel's fault but it did mean I had a few nights of broken sleep.

We really loved this hotel. It has a beautiful garden with many cats, and our daughter was absolutely delighted. We also saw hedgehogs running around, which made the place feel even more special and charming.
The staff were very kind, warm and friendly. The sweetest moment was before check-out: they noticed that we were travelling with a child and prepared three sandwiches for us for the road, completely for free, even though we had not asked for anything. Honestly, it was one of the kindest things that has ever happened to me in a hotel.
We felt very welcome and would be happy to come back.
Nothing important. We stayed only one night, but everything was lovely and we had a very good impression.

Ok for an overnight stay. Small pools for the potential number of guests. Staff pleasant. Room was very comfortable, air conditioning was fabulous with a 15 min walk to the beach.
