Good location, Ricardo was amazing and provided great recommendations. Excellent water pressure, good AC and comfy beds.
The perfume in the entryway was intense.

We liked how clean it was. The bed was comfortable. Also, the host was very nice and accommodating. He helped us with the luggage as well as allowed us to keep our luggage after check out which was a huge help. Basically he did everything he could to ensure we had a great stay.
There wasn’t anything we particularly disliked.

Easy-to-access location, marvellous staff and very good facilities. From Santa Maria Novella you can take the tram to the station near the guesthouse with a very short walk. I came alone with a suitcase and it had been convenient for me.
Riccardo is about the most helpful and friendly guesthouse host I’ve met; he takes care of the place with such love and care. I felt at home when I stayed at La Luna.
The bathroom and bedroom were both furnished with good facilities. The fresco was beautiful.
It was mid-late May and on the first night there were several mosquitoes that had been a bit disturbing. But next morning Riccardo helped provide mosquito vapes that proved to be immediately effective. Thanks Riccardo!

It was close to the train station and not far from all tourist sites. It was quiet at night. Our host was very gracious and recommended good restaurant and made dinner reservations for us. I also forgot my reading glasses at the property and did not realize until arrived at the train station, Ricardo brought them to me ! That meant a lot and forever very thankful.
We only stayed 2 nights, so our day was fine
