Clean and quiet villa in a beautiful garden setting, steps from Punta Popy beach. Staff was very helpful, from confirming our late check-in to a smooth check-out. Free parking on site was a plus.
The mezzanine gets really hot at night, even with the fans on. An AC unit or better airflow up there would make it perfect.

Las Palmas Eco Residence is simply paradise. We were struck by the beauty and serenity of the place. The architecture of the individual houses is stunning, with an interior design that blends natural materials, thoughtful details, and a subtle sense of local history. Every corner feels curated with intention, and the atmosphere is both elegant and rooted in Dominican culture.
The gardens are lush. Walking through the property feels like stepping into a private botanical sanctuary.
The location is excellent: a short walk to beach and close to local life, shops, and excellent restaurants with direct views of the ocean.
We loved everything about our stay and honestly wished we had booked more nights. The combination of beauty, comfort, and authenticity is rare. Las Palmas Eco Residence offers something you simply don’t find in large resorts — a sense of place, history, and genuine charm.
We would return in a heartbeat.
