The staff is extremely friendly and the rooms are absolutely beautiful.
*if you don't have a car* this may not be a place for you. Or bring food, just incase! We arrived by taxi to be told the kitchen was not open for lunch that day. There is nothing close by to get food. As it was our last day of vacation, we wanted to enjoy the pool and property. We were not looking for a 30 minute walk, in the heat, and on a road with no real walking path to find food. They said they could offer us a charcuterie board. While the presentation of the board was beautiful, the board itself was underwhelming and we were charged for something I would have never ordered. The only restaurant on this property is a Michelin star restaurant. For dinner, you are pretty much left with no other option unless you want to try to get a taxi for a ridiculous price. While the dinner was good, it was the same price of our $400 room for two people.
