The courtyard with plunge pool was delightful and the location was great too.

The accommodation was a bit cramped - but did provide everything we needed.

A wonderfully relaxing stay in a great location. The property was spacious and very well maintained with daily visits from cleaning staff. A short 1 minute walk into the small town where there are several good restaurants located. The town is quite small but is charming and without crowds. There is no parking directly next to the property but there are several free car parks only a short walk away, where we were always able to find a space. A mini market and bakery are also within close walking distance. Chloe was a great host and was always contactable to answer any questions or to provide recommendations.

The wifi signal seemed to occasionally drop but generally worked OK. The stairs up to the 3rd bedroom are quite steep - not a problem for us but could prove tricky for anyone with mobility issues.

Unique property and the original features were creatively used when transforming to accommodation. Chloe was helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming.

Beautiful old property with lots of space, a green courtyard, and a 10/10 view from the roof. It has a jacuzzi and a sauna. Definitely a beautiful property with plenty of space for a group. The manager responded promptly to every request. Thank you for the quick replies and the effort.

This review is difficult for me. If I had to sum up my stay in one word, it would be: wasted potential. The accommodation lacks cosiness. This is mainly due to the lack of interior design in many of the rooms. There is plenty of space, but the lack of furnishings means you can't really do anything with it. At night, everything seems very dark and cold because the lighting is rather sparse. There are various beautiful old installations to create a great setting, but these are not integrated into a modern mix, but simply "left old", which detracts from the overall cosiness. Comfort is rather lacking. There is one room that is rather cosy, the rest is rather bare. The beds and pillows are on the hard side. Then there's the equipment. The kitchen cannot be used, which makes the whole thing less attractive for groups. The sauna requires a special setting to work at all, but once you know what it is, it works fine – nothing special, but good. The temperature of the jacuzzi can be turned up on request (great), but it has a sleep mode at night which lowers the temperature. So just when you're enjoying the jacuzzi, it's cold again. Unfortunately, the hosts are not aware of this mode, even though we pointed it out to them. All in all, a great location with lots of charm, but a lot of wasted potential.
