Hotel in posizione favorevole per compiere escursioni sia verso il Passo Spluga sia verso il Passo Maloja.
Ottima accoglienza, l'hotel ha una bella struttura con ben tre posteggi. Carino il giardino sul retro con tanto di piscina, così come quello sul lato strada.
La stanza, singola, seppure piccola è risultata comoda e confortevole, con ampio armadio. Bagno molto spazioso.
Cenato nel ristorante dell'hotel, menu semplice con triplice scelta per portata ottima cucina. Buffet di antipasti/verdure con buona scelta.
Colazione self service sia dolce che salata con buona scelta e di qualità.
Pulizia impeccabile sia della stanza che degli ambienti. Staff cordiale e disponibile
La camera trovandosi sul lato della strada, con le finestre aperte risulta soggetta al rumore del traffico già sostenuto anche al primo mattino. Trovandosi nella parte "vecchia" dell'hotel, non è dotata di aria condizionata, il che nei periodi più caldi potrebbe essere un problema.
Box doccia un po' datato, wc in posizione poco comoda in un angolo, visto lo spazio in bagno un piccolo mobiletto o mensola non guasterebbe.

1. Customer service - the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
2. Location to the Acquaferria Waterfalls was perfect. Less than a 5 minute drive away.
3. Parking available directly outside.
4. We had issues with our original room - we had booked a deluxe double which turned out to be very small for the amount of luggage we had (we are in Italy for 3 weeks). The safe diditn work and the streaming services for the TV didn't work either. We were upgraded to a family room for free which was very helpful.
5. The outside area was very pretty - although the pool was extremely cold, no temperature control and there were a lot of mosquitoes so didn't stay out there for long.
1. The food options are awful. We are in Italy for 3 weeks and this was our 4/6 stops and this was the worst place we seated re the food. The breakfast was extremely basic, mainly just a table of cakes and pastries, tinned fruit, hard boiled eggs and some ham. It was very disappointing. The dinner options were extremely small and not a great standard, we wish we had found somewhere else to eat for dinner. Whilst the hotel and staff were nice, I wouldn't stay here again because the breakfast and dinner was very poor.
2. No atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner you could hear a pin drop. Very quiet hotel.
3. Because of the food, I felt the price for the hotel was a little overpriced.
4. Double duluxe room was too small.
5. I didn't like that the bathroom was designed so the shower cubicle has a blurred glass so you see through into the room. I don't see the point in this, I prefer privacy. Especially when the toilet is also in view. The glass is blurred so you can see details but you can see the shadow of someone sitting on the loo from the bedroom. I didn't like this.
6. The pool was very cold, it's a shame that it didn't have temperature control. Additionally, they also had a solarium and jacuzzi but they wanted 45 pp to use these which I didn't understand and thought that was very cheeky.
7. Didn't find the beds comfortable. So hard.
8. It says streaming services are available however it wasn't. You need to download and pay for a mirroring device service which we didn't have.
