Excellent place to stay

The area around the studios was beautuful. We had an upsatairs studio and a lovely view out to the sea and Kastri Island. Room was spotless and spacious with the added bonus of air conditioning. The rooms were cleaned every two days, with a change of sheets, towels and bath mat. Beds were super comfortable with lovely soft pillows. The breakfast (included) was amazing. I expected it to be continental style with cheese, ham etc but it was a 'banquet' with everything you could think of and more, including homemade cakes and biscuits. We hardly ate lunch due to the brilliant choice on offer at breakfast..Barbara is a fantastic host and meets your every need. Highly recommend Kos Island studios.

Quiet location, beautiful garden, big room with comfy beds. Amazing breakfast, great variety of food, delicious sweets and drinks. Thank you, Barbara, for everything ❤️

Stressless

It was just perfect for us. Home from home and well looked after. Pampered to perfection. Excellent breakfast daily and enormous amount and variety.

The wonderful Greek welcome we received from Barbara & her Mum on arrival, the beautiful apartment with a lovely view to the sea. Delicious Breakfasts.

A great recommendation for anyone that wants to visit the calmer side of Kos

The breakfast every morning was exceptional. My room with a balcony faced directly towards the ocean so that I could not only see and hear the waves, but also watch the sunrise every morning from my bed. The beach and supermarkets are super close by. Nature, hiking trails and the beach weren't crowded at all (middle of April). From what I could see on my walks through Kéfalos and the western side of the island in general. This accommodation is by far the best and well kept I could find.

Honestly nothing. And even when I had a small issue, I always felt welcome to ask for help or advice.

Barbara, Poppi and Angelo were so kind and helpful and provided delicious breakfasts in the garden shelter each morning,

The studio had a wonderful view towards the sea overlooking the lovely garden. the studio was so clean with everything we needed including a fridge and hot plate for cooking. Plenty of towels and bedding, with lovely shower and everything was so clean. A lovely plate of welcoming snacks and a vase of fresh flowers made us feel so welcome.

The staff were all lovely, breakfast was also very good, plenty of variety and great coffee

The shower was small and water was all over the floor, even when we tried to keep the shower curtain within the tray.

Great place to stay close to the beach yet they have a beautiful garden shade and very comfortable.

The reviews are absolutely correct Barbara and Poppie treat you like family. It’s small comfortable no frills but everything we needed. Very quiet five minute walk to the beach and fabulous breakfast!

Lovely accommodation and hosts

Barbara and Popi are very nice, lovely hosts! We loved our stay at the studio. ❤️❤️❤️ Also Simba (cat) and Rex (dog). The breakfast, the suite, the environment was stunning! They prepare fresh breakfast every day (variety of choices), homemade jam&honey, and cakes, pastry. Absolutely delicious! The garden is very very green, you just love it. The studio is on the side road, near the main road, few minutes walk from the bus station. The street where the apartments are is quite. The studio is a few minutes walk from the beach, where you can stay on sunbeds/umbrellas (free of charge, if you buy something from the supermarket). Good restaurants in 300-400m. Cleaning happened after 2 days, it was tidy, clean. We had towels, toiletries. Comfy bed, air-condition free of extra charge. Kitchen with fridge and ability for cooking.

The only thing we didn't like, that we had to leave :(

Very good

The beautiful garden, the friendly family feel, the great breakfast. The owners were always available and could arrange anything. The quiet area, no traffic. The rooms got cleaned and towels and sheets changed every other day. Lots of decoration, we just felt at home.

I had to get used to the bed which was a little bit hard but I slept well. And when showering you have to be carefull or the bathroom floor gets wet.

Beautiful people, beautiful place.

I had a wonderful start at Kos Island Studios! Barbara and her family were giving me a great feeling of being welcomed, always open for any kind of request. Having read before about the extraordinary breakfast it was even better than I could have expected. I can indeed highly recommend this place and consider truly coming back one day.
