Close to the Central Station,shops and restaurants
The "check in" procedure should be rectyfied tomake it easier to understand for the guest.

price was good.
There was no AC, room was hot. Bathroom did not have a curtain to keep water in shower stall, floor was always wet. Carpets is damaged in the room and the hallway.. Place needs a little TLC.

It was in a good location and cheaper than other hotels
Trying to get in and having to work out how to get the room key. There are no people on reception, only an audio link which proved to be complicated and not very helpful
