We had superior twin room and it was good. Enough space. Electric kettle available, but take with you coffee or tea. Price for this room was really good, but to reach city center you need to walk 2km or take a bus ride. Busses are almost every 15 min.
Parking available, but for an extra price 6 EUR. Breakfast - the same, 10 EUR/person. Taking into account the price for the room, I consider that it is OK to pay for extra services. For me - acceptable.

Location,free parking on streets close by
Room was quiet good size.
Smell from the carpet, pillow was super bad, shower didn't have extractor fan.
Not even small table, kettle on the fridge.the wall on top of windowsills damaged
