Perfect location for Samaria gorge hike. Quiet room.

Sehr guter Standort für die Samaria Schluchtwanderung. Nur wenige km vom Eingang entfernt. Zimmer: alles neu eingerichtet, auch das Bad war sauber und neu renoviert.
Abendessen und Frühstück etwas einfacher, aber köstlich. Sehr nette Atmosphäre.

Great location for the Samaria Gorge hike, room was clean, large and well equipped with extra blankets for the night.
First night I had to take a cold shower - in a cold bathroom and even colder room with freezing cold floors. The staff later told me that you need to run the water for at least 20 minutes before it gets hot.
The second night I tried again and after 20 minutes (what a waste of water) it got warmer - definitely not hot. I also had to stay in the room with my winter coat on in order to feel comfortably warm.
Last, please note that the address listed is not precise, the tavern is the first in the village, so you should stop as soon as you come in from Sougia (or the south) instead of relying on Google maps.
