The pool, spa and general size of the park. It’s kept clean.
The staff. I asked if there was anything available to stay another night that we could come back to. The lady glanced down at her computer for a quick 5 seconds and then told me that this wasn’t an option and fully booked. Only to look online and was able to instantly rebook multiple rooms, then received a text to say the room was ready 10minutes later for earlier check in….
