will not return due to standard view, will only return for the restaurant (Soeasana).

The meal selection at Soeasana Restaurant is unique and worth it, if not for it, our stay would left a far more unpleasant memories. definitely recommending the restaurant, for the facilities of the hotel, it is not bad, just old, but pretty well maintained. Too bad the view from the balcony is not that great. just very standard. Also smoke vapour / smell coming from the bathroom definitely ruined our experience.

Facilities and ventilation could be better. The air con must be installed in every room, it might work 10 years ago, when Puncak area is still cold, not for now. Having to rely on portable air-con just doesn't work.

A nice short mountain getaway!

My husband and I went to Puncak to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel’s food was amazing; mini golf was fun and so affordable; the view was breathtaking; and the service was great. At the end, the hotel’s chef made a special cake for our anniversary. We felt so special and welcome to be here. We had a great stay and would come back in the future.

There was no air conditioner and we had to ask for another portable fan to help easen the heat. But it got better at night.

The place is beautiful and its good for relaxation. The staff are so kind.

There is no hot water in the bathroom. The level of cleaning is not satisfying, the bed sheets are not clean.

Beautiful property, super friendly staff and a relaxing break. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful spaces, lots of lush green trees and plants to look at. The hotel room and view from the balcony were amazing and the main lobby was stunning! Hotel was also close to the Cibodas Botanical Gardens which were stunning!

During out stay there was construction ongoing which we were not made aware of when we booked or before we arrived. This didn’t majorly affect our stay but whilst using the pool bar area it wasn’t very relaxing.

private pool was too small compared to the picture. there was a construction near the public pool made it’s not too convenient to use public pool.

Good view and good place to vacation with family.

I like the view and the location. It is good for family vacation, the bed is also comfy enough.

The breakfast menu not like my expectation. Nasi Goreng and Mie Goreng is not as my expectation. It is better cook like Nasi Goreng Java version. Breakfast rate is standard. The very annoying is the position of my room which coincides with the fruit falling from the tree to the roof of the room, it disturbs our sleep the most in the night. Next time, I need to ask the room without the sound of the fruit falling.

The environment and surrounding is great and relax. the stuff is friendly. i checked in late due to heavy traffic in puncak and they allow me to check out late at 5pm

The hotel is old, insufficient hot water during peak hour. Actually i don really mind both.

A cozy stay surrounded by lush greenery

Breakfast was good with different options of Indonesian and Western food. The fruits were also of good quality. The Cipanas Palace is within walking distance (around 1 km) from the hotel. The view of the forest from the balcony was excellent. We saw some squirrels too.

On our second night, the people staying in one of the rooms on the floor below us were very loud and the noise reached our room. In the end, we had to talk to them directly and remind them to be more considerate since it was already quite late.

I like it very much, just wish more attention to the facilities.

It was so quiet and the view was very nice. The room location is very strategic.

I saw many ants on the floor marching to the closet. Toilet water was running all the time.

good choice for few days staycations

the location is quiet with a lot of fresh air in the morning - afternoon.

the mattress need to be replaced , bit wear and tear stay at suite with valet view , the showers inside the bathtub , have difficulty climbing in and out of the bathtub for shower, quite dangerous for older people.
