The hotel has an excellent central location and is relatively close to the cable car station, making it convenient for exploring Piatra Neamț. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was satisfactory, with a good variety of options to suit different tastes. Despite a few areas that could be improved, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again.
On the downside, there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which affected the overall comfort of the stay. Additionally, the lifts seem slightly undersized for a hotel of this size and can become quite crowded, especially when larger tourist groups are staying at the hotel

Overall good experience, the hotel was quite outstanding from the outside, very big lobby, with arts and paintings , so quite interesting, very large coridors, a lot of space. The room was also big size, appreciated the big bed most of all. The location of the hotel was also good, not very far from the shuttle gondola.
on the points to improve, on the shower floor there was a crack so a bit inconfrotable not to step on it in the shower. Also the room architecture somehow weird with a biig pillar in front of the window...i guess it would have been done a bit differently. And the coffee machine in the loby was broken...quite a bit of things for the quite high price of the room.

Location
Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my stay. For a 4-star hotel, the breakfast was well below expectations — cold eggs, no variety, and I had to wait just to get basic items like bread. It felt poorly organized and lacking even the most standard options.
Additionally, the shower was poorly designed; water didn’t drain properly and stayed in the base, which made it uncomfortable to use.
The rest of the hotel may have been fine, but these details really affected the quality of the stay. I expected much better from a hotel of this rating.
