Lägenheten var stor och bra. Balkong. Bra AC. Nära busstationen.

Good value for the price we paid, having free parking was a big advantage. The communication was very easy with the owners (or managers of the place) and they were very helpful and responsive.
The elevator of the building had a horrible smell during our stay, inside the apartment all the furniture was very old, it lacked charm, the neighbourhood didn’t have a charming view either but it was like 15 minutes walking distance to the center and very close to train/bus station so it was ok. There was a poor bottle of shampoo or shower gel that was almost finished and we didn’t even understand what was it. There is no a/c in the bedroom but the one in the living room was enough for us.

1、スタッフの対応が良かったです。バスで1時間遅れて到着しました。着いたのが夜の10時過ぎでした。グーグル地図で行きましたが、別の建物でした。すぐWhatsAppで大家さんに連絡しました。正直すごく不安でした。幸い大家さんがすぐ迎えに来てくれて、本当に助かりました。
2、立地が良かったです。
グーグル地図で検索して、辿りついたところが別の建物でした。チェックインの前に必ずWhatsAppをダーンロードして、大家さんと連絡取れるようにしてください。

Excellent location, just a short walk from the central bus and train stations—a godsend for getting in and out of Skopje. The FlixBus service to Ohrid departs directly from the central bus station. A shopping mall with two mobile service providers and an excellent supermarket (Vero) is located approximately 350 metres away. Bus No. 60 to Canyon Matka also departs from the central bus station.
The charming Art Deco balcony offers views of the mountains surrounding the city. The managers carefully explained how to operate the washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped, the showers provide reliable hot water, and the apartment is situated in a secure building.
The air conditioning is powerful, and the television's OTT platforms function smoothly. The bed is comfortable, there are ample charging points throughout the apartment, and the interiors are clean and well maintained. The managers respond diligently to queries via WhatsApp, usually within a reasonable timeframe. They arrived promptly for check-in and later to collect payment, maintaining good communication throughout. The internet connection is excellent.
The balcony features a sturdy steel clothes rack, along with a couple of chairs and a table for enjoying the evening air. The flooring, sofa, and appliances are all of good quality.
The air conditioner is located in the living area and does not cool the bedroom particularly effectively. Finding the apartment can be frustrating, as there is no clear signage or marking. It feels a bit like being in a Nancy Drew novel. It is best to contact the managers via WhatsApp upon arriving in Skopje and arrange to meet them at the entrance to the building.
