Central location
Unhelpful staff. It sounded as if we should have known about the strange numbering of their floors. Some signage would help. Receptionist was patronising and opinionated. Uncomfortable pillows with no alternatives. Great location though and the breakfast was good.

Very convenient location. Staffs are very friendly. I love the breakfast downstairs at the cafe.
This old hotel has a great location but it should have been a two-star rather than a three-star.

Check in was very pleasant.. Manager explained if we needed anything there is a number to call the night porter.
After walking around and getting something to eat we came back to our room.. Could not find an iron and a hairdryer. Called the # provided for the night porter. 1st time it sounded like someone picked up but hung up. Second time it went to voicemail. Requested a hairdryer and iron. Never arrived. My wife was talking to Lilly in the cafe and she managed to find a hairdryer. Knobs falling out of the dresser. Radiators not working. Looked like mold on the windows Former Facilities Director of a large Hotel/Casino Somebody did not check to see if the room was ready.
