Comfortable cute studio at bargain price

Cute attic studio, small but light, well decorated and comfortable just outside the old quarter with great views of the Sierra from the terrace. Little kitchen and dining area very useful. Powerful shower and air conditioning. Very reasonable price for such a quality let.

Wasn’t wild about the online check in. Couldn’t get in the main street door, as we didn’t have a key..then our flat door wouldn’t open. Although the phone contact sorted the problem digitally very quickly. But missed having a physical person to relate to.. also no confirmation of payment was sent.

Good apartment for an overnight stay in this area.

Comfortable bed and good shower. Good to be able to self-cater.

Access to the property was a frustrating process which took hours to finally complete as it was all done remotely.

Huge beautiful apartment and great view with all the necessary items. We will stay here again when we return to Salamanc

We stayed in two of three apartments. We liked it so much we extended our stay. The top floor was marvelous. Huge! Beautiful patio opening to the plaza. Fantastic view from the rooms. The apartment has everything you need. Parking was convenient, but pricey. Typical for Spain. The first floor apartment was similar and just as nice but closer to the next door club noise. You can close all the windows and use the AC to mitigate the club noise. Alex was extremely helpful. He sent all the necessary guidance with photos to find and get in the property. Very easy.

It’s more expensive than we normally pay, but it is very nice and in the great city of Salamanca.

La ubicación, aunque para silla de ruedas, gente con bastón y eso no es accesible.

No habia secador, no había servilletas, no hay papel de cocina, vamos a comer y estaba la mesa pegajosa sucia (nose si de huéspedes anteriores o esque no la limpiaron bien el servicio de limpieza) entonces bueno. La cama era dura, y solo hay una almohada y el cojin de decoración de la cama (tamaño medio folio)
