the staff were exceptional, they treat you as individuals. The food was good. The rooms were spacious, great bathroom. Directly on the beach, unlike others.
Only comment is there are no grab rail in the shower, for the seniors..

This is our 2nd time staying at the property. And what I like is how they value guest.
Knowing PNoy’s are very talkative. A little volume sana in the morning when talking, also in the room we are in, it is closed to the staff room, early morning their voices are heard, and the closing of the door. A little acknowledgment lang po sana sa room next to the staff room. ☺️ Thank you.

I appreciated and enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and the delicious breakfast they serve that comes with the accomodations.
There’s no constructive feedback I can provide as our stay was provided with exceptional service.

The location of the property is nice, the beach is beautiful, and the breakfast is average. However, when we asked for an extra piece of bread, they charged us for it. They tend to add extra fees for almost everything.
Because of the typhoon, our flights were canceled, and the ferries were not operating, so we couldn’t leave the island. Even though this situation was completely out of our control — and they were well aware of it — when we extended our stay for one more night, they offered us only a very small discount. They really didn’t show much understanding or support regarding this issue.
There were always mosquitoes in the room — they never went away, even though we never opened the window. Every night, I was bitten all over by mosquitoes. We also encountered a worm-like insect crawling on the floor, about 5 cm long.
The shower area was covered with spider webs and spiders above our heads. One day, when we returned to the room, I even found a strange insect on a white towel — something I had never seen before.
In short, I was really not satisfied with my stay. On top of that, they asked us to pay an extra 1,000 pesos, claiming that we had stained the beach towel and that the mark couldn’t be removed. I refused, and after some discussion (I think with the manager), the issue was resolved.
But just like in every other matter, I was left very disappointed. I didn’t enjoy the hotel at all — the stay did not meet my expectations.
