A cute nice hotel. Very discreet and well cleaned.
We enjoyed the stay especially due to the facilities and the free of charge parking place.

The place is ok but could use some tuning.
The door in room 20 has a 1cm gap on the top, all the noise from the hallway is very disturbing.
The breakfast is very basic, the scrambled eggs smelled funny with some green herbs and tastes bitter. ?!?
The coffee is very bad, some coffee extract with strange taste.
It says restaurant is open until 22h but it turned out the kitchen closes at 20:30 :))) arrived at 20:35 from a long trip but no food anymore!
Did not find it friendly nor pleasant, even the pillows are enormous and hard, not comfy..
Definitely a big management problem.

There was no problem with collecting the key despite the late hour and the lack of reception staff
The information about the lack of hot water resulted only in a terse statement that the owner had been informed. There was no interest or willingness to help.
