The room was very spacious, quite clean and generally comfortable. The bed was comfortable, there was good parking available directly at the property, and the check in was smooth. The bar was closing at 22:00 but accepted us at 21:30 for a quick drink.
The pillows were quite huge, the radiator in the bathroom was a bit run down and the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. We came at 9 (breakfast was served till 10) and half of the items from the buffet were gone. The other half looked like it was sitting there since the day before. The breakfast place itself was also quite dirty (they didn’t wipe down the tables after the previous guests) and there was no staff anywhere. Eventually they refilled at least the eggs and bread (nothing else) but that was when we were already disgusted enough and leaving.

There was no problem with collecting the key despite the late hour and the lack of reception staff
The information about the lack of hot water resulted only in a terse statement that the owner had been informed. There was no interest or willingness to help.
