Price justified only by location, I wouldn’t recommend it

Great location and calm at night

Overall, the property would need a deep renovation. In our room, the shower was falling from the wall, AC was very noisy (hard to keep it on at night), the wc flush was leaking (they fixed it when we raised it). They did not offer to give us another room. The fridges in the dining room were very dirty! The restaurant was closed in the evening during our stay. The breakfast was very poor, and some products did not seem very fresh.

Great hotel, great price, great place.

Great room, close to St. Anne. Helpful staff, even when we had made an error on our booking. They went out of their way to make sure we were still accommodated and welcome.

A little noisy from the hotel next door at night. But this is to be expected.

Exceptional

Very close to the beautiful public Club Med beach. Super friendly and English speaking staff. Rich breakfast and clean rooms. 10 Points for this very good 2 star hotel.

Great to be so close to the wonderful beach, the breakfast which we had included was good too.

The Cabins are lovely from the outside and the gardens are all beautifully maintained. The restaurant is okay and the parking is restricted. It is a 30 minute walk into St Anne on a busy road which is poorly lit at night. The access to the beach is a five minute walk through some less than beautiful landscapes but the beach when you get there is really amazing. The staff were all lovely but our cabin was dated and had no hot water two of the three days we were there. The other cabin with our kids in it was less dated. The pool area is really poor with nobody using it when we were there.

Nice chalets close to beach

My room in one of the chalets was very good, clean and comfortable. It’s a very peaceful setting and the grounds are very pretty. The breakfast was basic but fine. It is a 20 - 25 minute walk into St. Anne, if you don’t have a car it’s along a busy road (you can also walk along the sea if it’s daylight). The beach, which is only 5 mins away is lovely.

Check in seemed very complicated and there was often no one at reception, bar opening times also seemed to be irregular, but there’s a nice snack place almost next door.

It was very hard to find someone that speak English Reception hours where always different, so you never knew when someone was gonna be there.

Location, right next to le Caravelle beach. Breakfast included, nothing fancy, just some fruit, coffe, selection of breads and spreads.

Seems that reception don't have standard hours, so it was very hard to get a hold of someone when you needed help. Also, not English speaking as they advertise. When we check in at 7 pm, our room didn't have any towels, so we needed to go back to ask for them in reception.

Good and comfortable stay close to the beach with parking.

Contact with staff is easy, breakfast is OK, parking at the hotel is a plus.

Cleaning times should be planned between checkout and checkin : a worker cleaned our outside area with high pressure water while we were inside.

The smell of the seaweed is pretty intense in the morning and the afternoon. Hopefully it did not get inside the room but windows must be closed

Breakfast was very good. Pool was nice and clean, nice flowering plants , even hummingbirds ! Everything was good . The hotel served a full dinner which was local comfort foods , nothing fancy. The deserts were excellent. This hotel is not for everyone , its 5 minutes to the best beach on the island . It is a 2 star hotel with access to a 5 star beach. Walk to town . If you want more luxury choose a 3 star hotel. Our room was recently redone. New bathroom . Fresh paint. Wifi works well. We chose a bungalow room. Hotel staff speaks english !

The bed was super hard . There was no refrigerator.
