Das Hotel Schwanebeck ist ein sehr liebevoll geführtes Familienhotel. Alle sind super freundlich, das Zimmer war ausreichend, das Frühstück war hervorragend!
Die Nähe zum Strand ist top und die Strandpromenade lädt zum gemütlichen schlendern mit zahlreichen Einkehrmöglichkeiten ein.
Besonders hat uns am Nachmittag der kostenlose Kaffee- und Teeservice gefallen!
Der Wellnessbereich ist zwar klein aber super gemütlich. Leider konnten wir diesen nicht nutzen, da der Whirlpool defekt war und viele Klamotten/Rucksäcke zum Trocknen überall hingen.
Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!
Es gibt nicht viel zu bemängeln. Der tägliche Zimmerservice war eher minimalistisch gehalten. Benutzte Tassen wurden nicht getauscht, Bad nicht sauber gemacht...natürlich wäre das auch nicht nötig. Allerdings waren wir täglich am Strand und damit verbunden alles voll Sand (dieser wurde zumindest vom Boden weggesaugt).
Schade war natürlich auch der defekte Whirlpool, da wir extrem schlechtes Wetter hatten. Aber die Hausbesitzerin hat sich entschuldigt und auf lange Wartezeiten bei Handwerkern hingewiesen (verständlich und kennt jeder :-).
Die kleine Suite bietet sehr wenig Stauraum, aber auch das war irgendwie zu bewältigen;-).

The hotel is in a super location and is within 1 minute from the beachfront and shopping streets. The staff and owners were super friendly and made us feel welcome. The extra facilities including the after hour beverages available in the passage was a good touch. The owners father happened to be visiting the hotel and was taking his dog for a late night walk. I needed an iron/ironing board and he went through all the facility rooms to help find what I was looking for - and gave me a chocolate for fun. One senses the passion these owners have for this family run property and we highly recommend the hotel. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and not your average buffet, but included a huge selection of unusual treats.
There really is not a thing that we could fault. Working in hospitality and tourism ourselves, we give this property a 5* rating.
