The location, easiness to get to the city centre and the Cruz del Sur bus station (just a 6-min walk!). The landlady was very-very kind and responsive.
The hotel's Wi-Fi did not work. However, the landlady was so kind to provide the password from her own Wi-Fi net, so that question was nicely solved.

Tem água quente, tv, cama confortável
Os móveis são empoeirados, a acomodação só aceita dinheiro em espécie, não fazem serviço de quarto, paguei com este mesmo valor outros hotéis no Peru (pois fiz mochilão) com condições bem melhores. Não tinha janela que dava para a rua para entrar iluminação natural, a janela da para dentro da hospedagem.
