Only the view

Bad service in and outside the room, hygiene is bad, refrigerator was not working, i paid for wifi and it did not work and also the workers there have no respect for the client, the food is bad and you have te wait very long for some food.

the hotel began buying new furniture for the rooms. hotel very close to the sea - across the road. Good sea view. I liked that the hotel is not loud, responsive and helpful staff. The nearby Turkish bath and beauty salon are also at a high level. the nicest / most responsive / funest employee of the hotel is shown in the picture

we were in the hotel for 10 days, we never changed the bed linen, the towels were not changed at the beginning - only when we started to ask for clean towels. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is that the rooms do not have a refrigerator. He only works when you are in the room and use a card that also serves as an electricity timer. The hotel should think about that!

First of all I must say thank you to all the staff at the hotel, service staff were amazing. Sami, the hotel manager helped us to get so nice rooms. Location is absolutely the best. Food was very tasteful. A very good chef. We plan to come back here for 2 weeks in august again. From now on we will always choose Melissa Hotel.

It was good just for me but for families with children I'd rather recommend something else.

Everything was perfect I had a lovely room which is face to beach nice and clean all the time staffs was amazing very helpful food was delicious and many different dishes. Hotel manager was very friendly and very helpful I would like to visit again

I have booked this hotel for my sister. Below is the review on her behalf. -- My impression from the hotel is very dubious so I will split it up into two parts. The hotel itself is nice, perfect location just across the road from the sea. Not so many people, nice beach, amazing view on Alanya castle from the beach (and a seaside view from the hotel). The food was pretty plain and limited but we were told it was due to COVID restrictions. The conditioner doesn't work properly however it still works somehow so it's a plus.

On the other hand, the service wasn't so good all the time. We weren't properly met at the airport as the manager from the hotel who booked our transfer didn't warn us that there will be no sign with my name... So we had to wait for 40 minutes till they finally called us. Also as my sis booked the hotel for me via booking she wanted to pay via credit card - which is common practice also in Turkey. We could successfully pay via booking.com in another hotel nearby. We had to go to the bank 1.5 km at 37°C and try to get the money in cash Room service wasn't always okay, sometimes they just ignored our room and didn't clean it.
