Das Ambiente und das Personal,das Zimmer und Restaurant
Die Lage bis In die Innenstadt Hamburg und zum Volksparkstadion sind zu Fuß ziemlich weit

Das Frühstück war gut.
Personal freundlich.
Das Zimmer war schlecht.
Es lag zur Straße und war sehr laut.
Im Bad waren Schimmelflecken, Fussleisten abgerissen und Nägel schauten heraus.
Personal wurde von uns darauf hingewiesen.
Danach wurde versucht, die Mängel zu beseitigen. Das gelang aber nur mit wenig Erfolg.
Wir waren schon oft im Klövensteen, aber das haben wir noch nicht erlebt. SCHADE
