Comfortable , clean, bed, laundry capabilities, breakfast buffet, location and friendly staff.
Rooms a little small for two but overall this didn’t detract from the stay as everything else was excellent.

The property is right outside the gate of Misawa Air Force Base. It was easy for our son to pick us up and drop us off. We could easily walk on base also. The breakfast was also very good. It was a great blend of American and Japanese. The beds here were probably the most comfortable for us forming our 10 day trip.
The A/ C did not cool below 20°C. I really need about 18°C. Luckily we found that the window opened and it cooled off nicely at night and I wasn’t miserable.

Very good breakfast. Handy location.
Had trouble getting the heat on so the room stayed pretty cold. Could be I wasn't using the remote control properly but I think not.
