1. Location is very close to the train station.
2. Price is reasonable. You will pay for city tax once you arrive in the hotel.
3. The lady reception asked me if I want a room with balcony but it will be noisy since it will be facing the street. I said it is ok for me. She is so honest to me.

3. I asked for a trash bag or plastic bag for my garbage in the reception with the (bald guy) evening shift, he said they don't have. He told me, I should have asked to clean his room. I said to him, no need to clean the room because it is still clean and my personal things are in the room, I'm afraid someone will go inside my room. Very small thing I ask and you can't even provide and this will ruin the review.

The location is very good. It is about 5 minutes walking from the railway station and 15 minutes drive to the old city. The room is quite good, but I had some noise from outside the hotel till 10 PM on the first day only. The staff, Othman and Monia, were very helpful and nice all the time.
I am writing to formally address an unsatisfactory experience with a receptionist, Mr. Monier, during checkout. Despite my reservation confirmation clearly stating that I had prepaid through Booking.com, including all taxes, he insisted that I pay the city tax again-an additional €6 (charged as 80 dirhams).
As I was in a hurry to catch my train, I reluctantly paid the amount to avoid further delay or dispute. I find this practice misleading and concerning, as it reflects poorly on both the hotel and Booking.com.
I kindly ask Booking.com to investigate this overcharge with the hotel management and take appropriate action to prevent other travelers from experiencing the same inconvenience.
