Clean and well maintained apartment in a nice location. The communication with the property host was super efficient and positive, they accommodated some of my requests and I really appreciate it!
Even though the window in the room was facing the inner yard, there was some sort of generator that was making quite loud noises and I had to sleep with closed widow

First of all, I can't help myself but mention it first - the apartment is located right next to a Żabka store! It was never easier to buy groceries than before. The apartment itself is small, but quite satisfactory. The best part, in my opinion, is the bathroom. It's quite spacious with a massive shower cabin. The apartment is on first floor and the check-in is quite easy (separate lockboxes at either sides of the building entrance). It had a plethora of amenities available. The wifi connection was very good, too (250/50Mbps speed). Most importantly, I would note that the staff agreed to allow me to check-in earlier than the regular check-in timeframe. I checked myself into the apartment 3 hours before, which I greatly appreciate! Therefore, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
The only "downside" I could think of is the traditional way of accessing the building, as well as the apartment itself (you will be given two physical keys: one for the main entrance and one for the apartment door. There is no tags or keypad locks at the door. Only conventional keys at disposal. If you are an old-school person, then you shall appreciate this one quite a lot). Also, the TV is an old one - it doesn't have any extra apps (e.g. Netflix, Youtube, Disney+, etc) which would allow you to stream services on your own, only the Polish broadcast TV stations.

Location is perfect, communication is friendly and fine
The walls have black stains from humidity at mansard/attic floor and the fungus on the walls, the mild smell was everywhere. Simply this home is not suitable for sleeping in it, can cause an asthma attack for allergic people or children. Also I could not find bed sheets on my bed and felt not hygienic to sleep on mattress protector.
