This very beautiful property has it all, the location and absolutely beautiful and well equipped property The host is amazing and answers all your questions. The property is well equipped, beautiful linen and excellent kitchen.
Highly recommended.
But, do not book through VRBO, they are usless. Direct bookings with the host is recommended.

We had a lovely stay, a nice clean house, nice kitchen and a bathtub.
On the first day, we found a small welcome gift, it was a lovely idea.
When you come over there with teenagers, please be prepared for a slow Internet connection, for WIFI or 4G in the cottage itself and a bit of small living room. The beds are great.
The cottage is near the harbor and the sea. It is located in a quite town, and if you are in to hiking, or visiting a distillery, this is a good place for a stay.

We had a lovely 4 night stay in Tooies Hoose. The cottage is immaculate with excellent facilities. A stones throw from the Sandy beach, so ideal for dog walks and our 7 year old son loved playing in and exploring the rock pools.
Annette was friendly and fantastic with all her communication and we would definitely love to return.

This place was a great find. Gorgeous part of Scotland, in a wee picturesque village with the house right around the corner from the beach, and we were extremely lucky to have fab weather. The house was spotless and had everything you could possibly need, plus the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Annette was a great host and communication was quick and easy. We would definitely recommend Tooies Hoose, and would love to go back again ☺️

Tooies house is in a brilliant location- 5 mins from the beach. The cottage is very clean and has everything you need whilst on holiday. The welcome package was a lovely surprise which my little boy loved! We will definitely be back !

Welcoming and cosy
Tooies was clean and inviting. Little touches like the heating being put on for our arrival and the welcome pack that was a nice surprise, helped make us quickly comfortable after a long tiring journey. We would definitely recommend and return.

Annette and her Tooies property was absolutely perfect. Amazing location and all the facilities we needed. My dad loved his fathers hometown . It was a perfect birthday week with family. Annetes little touches were very much appreciated indeed. Lots of space and beds. We are booking again for next year!

Tooies Hoose is a real home from home. From booking the stay to leaving after the holiday, everything has been perfect. Annette is a fantastic host and welcomed us with a generous and thoughtful welcome pack. This was the first of what I hope will be many holidays there. I cannot recommend highly enough.
