The room was spacious and comfortable.
The restroom was nice and there was a good separation between the toilet and the shower.
The location was nice. A little far from the bars, but walkable.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here, particularly regarding safety and basic customer care. During my stay, I fell down the stairs from
The room due to their uneven condition. Injured and in pain, I went down to the front desk just to ask for some ice or basic first aid. Even though I understood it was after official hours, the staff member inside saw me and refused to even open the door to assist. While I respect operational hours, turning away an injured guest who fell because of the hotel's own hazardous stairs shows a total lack of empathy.
The room itself had multiple issues:
1. The seating area was completely unusable because there was no air conditioning in that space.
2. The room was crawling with pests—there were numerous geckos inside, along with an ant infestation, especially behind the sink.
3. The hair dryer did not work at all.

We absolutely loved our stay here. This is a simple hotel, but it does everything exceptionally well and offers fantastic value in an unbeatable location.
The hotel has spacious sea-view rooms with private balconies, huge bathrooms, and walk-in showers overlooking the ocean, a wonderful way to start and end each day. The rooms were spotless, with fresh towels provided daily, and the large fridge was a really useful bonus for longer stays.
The pool area is beautiful, with plenty of shade throughout the day, especially in the late afternoon and evening, making it the perfect place to relax. The beachfront restaurant serves delicious food and is an ideal spot for sunset drinks, while the beach itself is lovely for swimming.
The location is one of the hotel's biggest strengths. It's tucked away at the quieter end of Sairee Beach so that you can enjoy peace and relaxation, yet you're only a few minutes' walk from the restaurants, bars, and shops, and around 10 minutes on foot to Mae Haad Pier.
We stayed for a week and honestly couldn't have chosen a better place.
If you're visiting Koh Tao, I'd highly recommend the Oxygen Premium Snorkelling Trip. They organise convenient pick-up and drop-off, and it was one of the highlights of our stay.
For dinner, don't miss Charcoal Bay Wine & Grill. The barbecued whole fish was absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed it so much that we went back a second time.

Quite spacious , clean & modern room. Very quiet area - no noise from bars etc. Close to beach - snorkelling possible directly off the beach (subject to tides). Friendly staff.
We had stayed in a very swanky resort for the previous few days, so this property was a bit of a letdown. No major problems, just has an ordinary vibe. More like a hotel than a resort.
