La situación céntrica.

El ruido en las horas de descanso fue lamentable. A primerísima hora descarga de contenedores de vidrio. A altas horas de la noche maquinas de limpieza. Durante todo el día desde las 8h. ruido de martillo de obra en los pisos de arriba. Los ventanales de la calle son viejos, cierran muy mal y no evitan ruido alguno. Regular de limpio cuando llegamos. En los 5 días nadie limpio el apartamento. Considero que esto no es correcto.

demasiado ruído. as janelas não protegem nada do ruído são antigas. e a parede colada ao apartamento ao lado ouve se tudo. o quarto tinha uma cabeceira de ferro encostada a parede que cada vez que havia um passo estremecia. horrível em termos de barulho para dormir bem.

Las chicas que llevan el apartamento estupendas. La ubicación, es muy buena. El apartamento bien.

No me gustó que las ventanas tienen un cristal fino , fino pero fino, se oye todo lo de la calle. Hay un bar justo enfrente de todas las ventanas del apartamento con lo que se oye música, gente hablando. Por la mañana temprano se ponen a pasar la manguera, limpiar, recogida de vidrios.....ufff, imposible dormir tranquilamente.

the space is not welcoming. Hard surfaces, uncomfortable couch, and VERY NOISY!

The location is great, and it was super easy to arrange check-in and check-out.

There's a night bar under the bedroom window, so it was loud all night long. The showers in both apartments needed some maintenance as one flooded and the other one was broken, and both needed to be cleaned thoroughly.

Very convenient location, very helpful staff, self check-in was great, good internet connection, Aircon, clean, reasonably priced, would definitely recommend.

Kitchen utensils need upgrading as there weren't enough cups and glasses. The pots and pans were old too. Could consider stocking salt, oil. Shower door doesn't have a tight seal so leaks.

Noise, there is no insulation from the street or other apartments. There is a restaurant outside the window so very loud until midnight. The apartment isn't fully equipped, it would be nicer from spending €50 getting proper utensils as there is only a spoon and laddle, the plates and cups are all missed matched and chipped. It could be so much better. They need to fix the leak in the bathroom as it's causing damp, they have cleaned it but you can smell it.
