Based on the price we paid, the breakfast is fantastic. Recommend to those who wish to have budget stay with breakfast included. Walking distance to Surabaya Mall and Alun-Alun, also Gubeng station (less than 1KM).
Overall, nothing to complain except the room setup is a little bit run down like bathroom, bed and floor.

The hotel was modern and clean, had a lovely pool, was next to the sea and close to the ferry port to Bali.

24h reception was nice. Breakfast had many options. Location was good, near gubeng station.
Room had no windows and we could hear a lot of noise from the rooms next to us and the hallway. Did not sleep well due to the noise.
